Terms and Conditions for Internet Service

Provider: VY Network and Data Solution
Customer: The person or entity subscribing to the service.

1. Service Installation and Fees

• The initial payment made by the Customer will serve solely as an installation fee.

• The installation includes labor and basic setup to enable internet connectivity at the Customer's location.

• The modem, power adapter, and fiber optic cable remain the property of the Company at all times, even after installation.

• The Customer shall not sell, modify, relocate, or transfer ownership of any equipment provided by the Company.

2. Service Plans and Reliability

• The subscribed internet plan offers a minimum of 30% and up to 80% service reliability based on network load, environmental conditions, and technical constraints.

• The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service and may experience downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, power outages, or unforeseen events.

• Actual speeds may vary depending on the number of connected devices, signal quality, and time of day.

3. Equipment Use and Responsibility

• All equipment provided must be kept in good working condition.

• The Customer is responsible for damages caused by negligence, misuse, power surge, pests, water exposure, or physical tampering.

• If the service is terminated, all company-owned equipment must be returned in good condition within 7 days, or the Customer will be billed for its full replacement cost.

4. Billing and Payments

• Monthly subscription payments are due on or before the specified billing date.

• Late payments may result in temporary disconnection or late fees as per Company policy.

• Reconnection fees may apply if the service is suspended due to non-payment.

5. Customer Obligations

• The Customer shall:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to their premises for installation and maintenance.

  • Not resell or share the service to third parties or neighbors unless authorized in writing.

  • Inform the Company promptly of any service issues or needed repairs.

6. Service Termination

• The Customer may cancel the service by providing at least 7 days' notice.

• The Company reserves the right to terminate service due to:

  • Abuse of network resources

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions

  • Non-payment beyond the grace period

  • Unauthorized tampering with equipment or service

7. Liability and Limitations

• The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of business, income, or data due to service interruptions.

  • Damages from third-party software, hardware issues, or electrical faults.

  • Any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

• The internet service must not be used for illegal activities, including but not limited to:

  • Hacking or unauthorized access

  • Distribution of malicious software

  • Spamming or sending unsolicited messages

  • Hosting pirated or adult content

9. Changes to Terms

• The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with prior notice.

• Continued use of the service implies agreement to the updated terms.

10. Agreement

By subscribing to the internet service, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
